INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 200g ground pork
Vegetables
- 🥕 1 carrot, julienned
- 150g daikon, thinly sliced
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
Noodles
- 30g vermicelli, halved
Seasoning
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Liquid
- 💧 800ml water
ÉTAPES
Julienne the carrot and thinly slice the daikon. Cut the vermicelli into halves.
Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat. Add ground pork and grated ginger, cooking until the pork changes color.
Add chicken stock powder, salt, pepper, carrot, and daikon to the pot. Mix well, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add vermicelli and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped green onion.
