- 🥔 2 potatoes

- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp ketchup
- 🍯 1/2 tsp honey
ÉTAPES
Slice the carrot into rounds. Slice the potatoes into rounds and soak in water for 5 minutes. Drain the potatoes and microwave them on a heatproof plate at 600W for 3 minutes. Cut the sausages into bite-sized pieces.
Heat half of the butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the carrots and sausages until done, then remove them. Add the remaining butter and cook the potatoes until both sides are golden brown. Return the carrots and sausages to the pan and season with salt and pepper.
Mix the sauce ingredients (mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, honey) in a bowl. Toss the cooked ingredients in the sauce, plate them, and garnish with chopped parsley.
