Vegetables
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, julienned
- 🥔 1 potato (200g), julienned
Canned Goods
- 🐟 1 can tuna in oil (70g)
Oils
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Herbs
- Chopped parsley, a pinch
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- Black pepper, a pinch
ÉTAPES
Julienne the carrot into 3–4 cm strips. Julienne the potato into 3–4 cm strips, soak in water for 5 minutes, then drain.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the carrot and potato, and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until softened.
Add the canned tuna (with oil) and the seasonings (soy sauce, mayonnaise, black pepper). Stir-fry over medium heat until the liquid evaporates.
Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
