- 🥕 1/2 carrot (85g), sliced thinly
Seasonings
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce

ÉTAPES
Slice the carrot thinly and cut into strips. Place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Let it cool slightly.
Shred the salad chicken into thin pieces by hand.
In a bowl, mix the seasonings (soy sauce, chicken stock powder, sesame oil). Add the carrot and salad chicken, then mix well.
