ÉTAPES
Cut the carrot into thin slices after halving it lengthwise.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, then add the carrot and canned tuna. Stir-fry until the carrot becomes tender.
Add sake, soy sauce, and curry powder to the pan. Stir quickly to combine and cook for another minute.
