INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 1 can tuna
- 🥕 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 bag shirataki noodles
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Spices
- Pinch of sliced red chili
Seasonings
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Drain the canned tuna and julienne the carrot.
Cut shirataki noodles into bite-sized pieces and boil briefly in a small pot. Drain well.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Stir-fry shirataki for 1–2 minutes, then add carrot and tuna. Cook until the carrot softens.
Add the seasoning ingredients (☆) and mix well. Cook until most of the liquid evaporates.
