ÉTAPES
Julienne the carrot into thin strips.
In a bowl, mix the julienned carrot, shredded pizza cheese, potato starch, and salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Spread the mixture thinly into a round shape, sprinkle dried oregano on top, and cook for about 3 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook the other side similarly.
