- 🥕 1 carrot (150g), julienned

- 🧀 36g cream cheese (2 pieces)
Seasoning
- 2g bonito flakes (1/2 packet)
- 1 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Julienne the carrot into 4cm strips. Place the carrot and cream cheese in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for about 1 minute and 30 seconds. Mix until the cream cheese becomes smooth.
Add bonito flakes and the ☆ seasonings (ponzu soy sauce and sesame oil) to the mixture and toss well.
