Vegetables
- 🥦 1/2 head cauliflower
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
Protein
- 🍗 1 chicken thigh (250g), cut into bite-sized pieces
Seasoning
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- Chopped parsley, as needed
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
ÉTAPES
Separate cauliflower into small florets. Place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Slice the onion thinly.
Cut chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Heat grated garlic and salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until both sides are golden brown.
Add onion and cauliflower to the pan and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Add ketchup and soy sauce to the pan, mix well, and stir-fry until evenly coated. Garnish with parsley.
