- 6 slices prosciutto
Marinade
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp grain mustard
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
ÉTAPES
Cut the cauliflower into small florets and place them in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
Cut the prosciutto into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the marinade ingredients (vinegar, olive oil, grain mustard, salt, and pepper). Add the cauliflower and prosciutto, mix well, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
