- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- 🌿 2 sprigs parsley

ÉTAPES
Remove the strings from the celery and slice diagonally into 7mm pieces. Thinly slice the garlic and remove its core. Mince the parsley.
Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add the octopus and celery, then stir-fry over medium heat for about 2 minutes until coated in oil.
Season with salt and pepper, then add parsley and stir-fry to combine.
