ÉTAPES
Remove the strings from the celery. Slice the stalk diagonally into thin pieces and cut the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the seasonings (salt, yuzu pepper, sesame oil). Add the celery and shirasu, then toss to combine.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with toasted white sesame seeds.
