- 🥩 200g thinly sliced beef brisket
- 🧂 A sprinkle of black pepper
Chive Salad
- 1 handful of chives
- 🥕 1/4 carrot, julienned
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp plum extract
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🌰 1 tsp sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Wash the chives, carrot, and onion thoroughly. Julienne the carrot and thinly slice the onion.
Mix the vegetables with the seasoning: red pepper flakes, soy sauce, sugar, plum extract, minced garlic, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
Arrange the seasoned chive salad neatly on a plate.
Heat a pan, lightly oil it, and wipe off excess oil with a paper towel. Sprinkle black pepper on the beef and pan-fry until cooked.
Place the cooked beef in the center of the chive salad. Drizzle sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
