Vegetables
- 🍄 10 mushrooms
- 🧅 1/4 onion (50g), minced
Dairy
- 🥛 100cc heavy cream
- 🧈 10g salted butter
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Finely mince the mushrooms and onion.
Heat olive oil in a small frying pan over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and onion, and sauté until softened.
Add water, consomme, salt, and pepper. Mix well and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes.
Add heavy cream and mix. Simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
Turn off the heat and stir in the butter until melted.
