INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls of cooked white rice (300g)
Seafood
- 🐟 6 slices of sashimi-grade tuna
Protein
- 1 pack of natto
- 🥚 2 egg yolks
Vegetables
- 3 okra pods
- 2 shiso leaves
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp chanja
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Wasabi as needed
ÉTAPES
Sprinkle salt on the okra and roll it on a cutting board. Boil for 1.5 minutes, then cool in water and drain. Remove the stem and slice into 1cm pieces.
Cut the tuna into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, mix chanja with sesame oil.
Serve rice in a bowl. Top with tuna, okra, natto, and shiso leaves. Place chanja and egg yolks on top, drizzle with soy sauce, and serve with wasabi on the side.
