Main Ingredients
- 🍗 250g ground chicken
- 1 piece fried tofu
- 🥬 1/8 cabbage
- 1/2 bunch chives
- 🥕 1/2 carrot
- 🧅 50g minced onion
Chicken Meatball Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Broth Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 600ml water
ÉTAPES
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces, chives into 4cm lengths, and carrot into 5mm diagonal slices.
Pat the fried tofu with a paper towel to remove excess oil, then cut into 1cm strips. Mince the onion.
In a bowl, mix ground chicken, minced onion, and chicken meatball seasoning until sticky. Shape into bite-sized balls using a spoon.
Bring the broth seasoning to a boil in a pot.
Add the chicken meatballs to the pot, reduce to low heat, and simmer until cooked through. Skim off any foam.
Add cabbage, fried tofu, chives, and carrot to the pot. Cook on medium heat until tender.
