INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Meat
- 150g diced char siu
Egg
- 🥚 2 eggs
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, sliced
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp chicken broth powder
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Pinch of black pepper
Garnish
- Pinch of black pepper for garnish
ÉTAPES
Slice the green onion diagonally into 7mm pieces.
Dice the char siu into 2cm cubes.
Heat salad oil in a pan and fry the eggs until the whites are set. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, heat sesame oil and stir-fry the char siu and green onion until the onion softens. Add cooked rice and stir until evenly coated with oil.
Add chicken broth powder and black pepper, then pour soy sauce around the edges of the pan. Stir everything together.
Plate the fried rice, top with the fried eggs, and sprinkle black pepper as garnish.
