INGRÉDIENTS
Dough
- 200g bread flour
- 🍬 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp dry yeast
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 💧 120ml warm water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Filling
- 🥓 4 slices bacon
- 🧀 50g processed cheese
- Pinch of black pepper
Topping
- 🧀 2 tbsp pizza cheese
ÉTAPES
Grease a baking mold with olive oil.
Warm water in a microwave for 40 seconds at 600W. Mix bread flour, sugar, dry yeast, salt, and warm water in a bowl until combined. Add olive oil and mix.
Knead the dough on a flat surface for 10–15 minutes until smooth. Place back in the bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise at 45°C for 30 minutes using the oven's proofing function.
Cut processed cheese into 1cm cubes.
Punch down the dough gently to release gas. Roll out the dough to match the mold's length. Add bacon slices, cheese cubes, and sprinkle black pepper. Roll the dough tightly.
Place the rolled dough into the mold, cover with plastic wrap, and proof at 45°C for 20 minutes.
Top with pizza cheese and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes.
