INGRÉDIENTS

- 🌭 5 pork sausages
Dough
- 5 dumpling wrappers
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Dairy
- 🧀 30g shredded pizza cheese
Seasoning
- A pinch of black pepper
ÉTAPES
Place a pork sausage on the edge of a dumpling wrapper. Apply water to the edge of the wrapper and roll it tightly to seal. Repeat for all 5 sausages.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Place the rolls seam-side down and cook for about 1 minute. Roll them around and cook for another 2–3 minutes until evenly browned.
Push the rolls to the side of the pan and wipe off excess oil with a paper towel. Turn off the heat, evenly distribute shredded pizza cheese in 5 spots in the pan, and place the rolls on top of the cheese. Heat on low until the cheese melts and becomes crispy.
Transfer the rolls to a plate and sprinkle with black pepper before serving.
