INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) cooked rice
Vegetables
- 🥦 50g frozen mixed vegetables
Meat
- 🌭 2 sausages, sliced
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Cheese
- 🧀 30g pizza cheese
Seasoning
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/4 tsp consomme powder
ÉTAPES
Slice sausages into 1cm pieces.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Add sausages and frozen mixed vegetables, cooking until sausages are browned. Add rice and seasonings, stirring for about 2 minutes.
Gather the mixture in the center of the pan, sprinkle pizza cheese on top, cover with a lid, and let it melt for 2–3 minutes. Serve on a plate.
