ÉTAPES
Slice the king oyster mushrooms and thaw the frozen corn.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and sauté the mushrooms until softened.
Add the corn, sake, and curry powder to the pan and stir to combine.
Turn off the heat, season with salt and pepper, and mix in grated cheese. Plate and garnish with parsley.
