Main Ingredients
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
- 🥬 3 leaves cabbage
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🥔 2 small potatoes
- 🥕 1/2 carrot
- 🧀 50g pizza cheese
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
ÉTAPES
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Chop the onion, potatoes, and carrot into bite-sized pieces. Slice the cabbage into 2cm wide strips.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients (☆) in the rice cooker pot.
Add the chicken, potatoes, carrot, and onion to the pot and coat them with the seasoning. Start the regular rice cooking cycle.
After cooking, add the cabbage and mix well. Top with pizza cheese and keep warm for 5 minutes until the cheese melts. Serve and garnish with chopped green onion.
