Main Ingredients
- 1 pack of udon noodles
- 🍗 120g chicken thighs
- 🥬 150g cabbage
- 🧅 50g onion
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 150ml water
- 🧀 20g pizza cheese
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
Thickening Agent
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
Marinate the chicken in the seasoning mixture for 5 minutes.
Slice the onion into wedges and cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pot and add chicken with the marinade. Stir-fry over medium-low heat.
Once the chicken changes color, add onion and cabbage. Cover and steam for 5 minutes.
Add udon noodles and water. Bring to a boil and simmer for 2 minutes.
Thicken with cornstarch slurry.
Top with pizza cheese, cover, and cook until cheese melts.
