Noodles
- 🍜 180g steamed Chinese noodles
Meat
- 🍗 300g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🥬 300g cabbage
- 🧅 100g onion
- 🥔 150g potato
Cheese
- 🧀 100g Camembert cheese
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Liquid
- 💧 500ml water
Garnish
- 🧅 chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp miso
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
ÉTAPES
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Mix chicken with seasoning ingredients in a bowl and marinate for 10 minutes.
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and slice the onion thinly.
Quarter the potato, soak in water, and drain. Make cross cuts in the Camembert cheese.
Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat and sauté chicken, potato, onion, and cabbage until chicken is browned.
Add water, bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
Add steamed noodles and loosen them in the pot.
Place Camembert cheese in the center, cover, and heat on low until cheese melts. Sprinkle with green onion.
