INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 cups soaked rice
Meat
- 🍗 150g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🥬 1 cabbage leaf
- 🥕 1/2 carrot
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Cheese
- 🧀 100g pizza cheese
Liquid
- 💧 Water as needed
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1.5 tbsp miso
- 1.5 tbsp gochujang
Garnish
- 🧅 Pinch of chopped green onion
ÉTAPES
Slice the carrot and cabbage into thin strips (5mm width).
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Add the soaked rice, sauce ingredients (sake, miso, gochujang), and water to the rice cooker. Mix well and level the rice. Place the carrot and chicken on top and start cooking.
Once cooked, add the cabbage and mix gently. Place pizza cheese on top and keep warm for 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped green onion.
