INGRÉDIENTS

- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
- 🧀 50g pizza cheese
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 💧 2 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Cut the chicken thigh into two pieces, make shallow cuts vertically, and season with salt and pepper.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, place the chicken skin-side down, and cook over medium heat until both sides are browned.
Cover the pan and cook on low heat until the chicken is fully cooked.
Add the prepared sauce to the pan, coat the chicken, sprinkle pizza cheese on top, cover, and cook until the cheese melts.
