- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil for eggs
Meat
- 300g ground beef and pork mix
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Eggs
- 🥚 2 eggs
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls (400g) cooked white rice
Sauce
- 🍅 3 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 🧀 50g shredded pizza cheese
ÉTAPES
Mince the onion.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion over medium heat until softened.
Add ground meat to the pan, breaking it apart roughly, and cook until the meat changes color. Season with salt and pepper.
Add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, butter, and pizza cheese to the pan. Stir and cook until combined, then remove from heat.
Heat salad oil for eggs in a frying pan, crack the eggs in, cover with a lid, and cook over low heat until the whites are set to make sunny-side-up eggs.
Serve warm rice in bowls, top with the meat mixture, and place the sunny-side-up eggs on top.
