Noodles
- 2 frozen udon noodles
Meat
- 80g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 green onion (100g), sliced
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Curry Udon Broth
- 600cc water
- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce (3x)
- 40g curry flakes
Toppings
- 🧀 2 slices melting cheese
- 🥚 2 onsen eggs
- Pinch of black pepper
- 🧅 5g chopped green onion
ÉTAPES
Slice the green onion into 5mm diagonal pieces.
Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat, add pork, and cook until the color changes. Add green onion and stir-fry until softened.
Add water, dashi powder, and soy sauce to the pot. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 3 minutes. Add frozen udon and stir until noodles loosen. Add curry flakes and stir until thickened.
Serve in bowls, top with melting cheese slices, onsen eggs, black pepper, and chopped green onion.
