Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (150g)
- 🐟 1 can tuna in oil (70g)
- 🌽 2 tbsp frozen corn
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 4 slices melting cheese
Seasoning
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp olive oil
Topping
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
- 🧂 Pinch of black pepper
- 🌿 Pinch of chopped parsley
ÉTAPES
Place rice, tuna, corn, and seasoning ingredients in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Mix gently to create ketchup rice.
Shape the ketchup rice on a plate and cover with slices of melting cheese. Create a small indentation in the center and microwave uncovered at 600W for about 2 minutes until the cheese melts.
Place the egg yolk in the indentation. Sprinkle black pepper and chopped parsley on top.
