Rice
- 🍚 100g cooked rice
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, diced
- 🌽 1 tbsp frozen corn
Dairy
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 🧀 20g pizza cheese
Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp consomme powder
- 🧂 a pinch of salt
- 💧 50ml water
- 🥛 50ml milk
Garnish
- 🌿 Italian parsley, to taste
ÉTAPES
Dice the onion into 1cm cubes.
Place the diced onion and butter into a microwave-safe mug. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
Add the cooked rice, frozen corn, and seasoning ingredients (consomme, salt, water, and milk) to the mug. Mix well, cover loosely again, and microwave at 600W for another 2 minutes. Stir thoroughly.
Add the pizza cheese to the mug and mix. Microwave uncovered at 600W for 1 minute. Garnish with Italian parsley before serving.
