- 6 slices thinly sliced pork belly (120g)

- 3 bell peppers

- 🧀 100g shredded pizza cheese
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
ÉTAPES
Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Stuff each half evenly with shredded pizza cheese.
Wrap each stuffed bell pepper with a slice of pork belly. Prepare 6 rolls in total.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the rolls seam-side down and cook, turning occasionally, until browned.
Once browned, add sake, soy sauce, mirin, and sugar to the pan. Coat the rolls evenly with the sauce.
