- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, minced
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 8 pieces (80g) processed cheese
Oil
- As needed salad oil

- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 🥚 1 egg
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
Breading
- As needed flour
- 🥚 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
ÉTAPES
Mince the onion and carrot.
In a bowl, mix ground meat, minced onion, minced carrot, and seasoning ingredients until sticky. Divide into 8 portions and wrap each portion around a piece of cheese, forming a ball.
Coat each ball in flour, then beaten egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
Heat salad oil in a pot to 170°C (340°F). Fry the balls for 3–4 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve on a plate with ketchup on the side.
