INGRÉDIENTS
Cheese
- 🧀 60g processed cheese
Meat Mixture
- 300g ground meat
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 🥛 2 tbsp milk
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Sauce
- 🍅 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp mustard
ÉTAPES
Mince the onion and microwave it uncovered in a heatproof container at 600W for 1 minute.
Cut the processed cheese into 1.5cm cubes.
In a bowl, mix the meat mixture ingredients until sticky and well combined.
Spread the meat mixture onto a sheet of parchment paper into a 15x20cm rectangle. Place the cheese in the center, then roll it up and wrap the ends like a candy.
Place the meatloaf seam-side down on a baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 40 minutes until cooked through.
Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Once the meatloaf has cooled slightly, slice it into serving portions and drizzle with the sauce.
