Cheongyang Mayo Sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 0.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 chopped Cheongyang pepper
ÉTAPES
Prepare the Cheongyang mayo sauce by mixing mayonnaise, soy sauce, and finely chopped Cheongyang pepper in a bowl. Adjust pepper quantity to taste.
In a bowl, mix 2 eggs, 1 slice of cheddar cheese (chopped), and 4 slices of ham (chopped) until well combined.
Heat a pan and melt 1 tbsp of butter. Toast the bread slices on both sides until golden brown. Set aside.
Add a small amount of cooking oil to the pan and pour the egg mixture. Shape it to match the size of the bread slices while cooking.
Spread the Cheongyang mayo sauce evenly on one side of each toasted bread slice.
Place the cooked egg mixture on one slice of bread. Trim any excess egg to fit the bread size.
Sprinkle sugar lightly over the egg mixture, according to your preference.
Cover the egg mixture with the second slice of bread, with the Cheongyang mayo side facing down.
