ÉTAPES
Remove stems from cherries, cut them in half, twist to separate, and remove the pits.
Place biscuits in a plastic bag, crush finely, and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into a tart mold and chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
In a microwave-safe bowl, break white chocolate into small pieces and add cream cheese and heavy cream. Microwave at 600W for 40 seconds to 1 minute, then mix until smooth.
Pour the filling into the tart mold, arrange cherries on top, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
