- 200g glutinous rice flour
- 10g corn starch
- 4g baking powder
- 🧂 2g salt
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🥛 110g milk
- 🧈 60g melted butter
- 🧀 110g shredded cheese
ÉTAPES
Mix glutinous rice flour, corn starch, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
In a large bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter until smooth.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and combine using a spatula.
Shape the dough into small balls using your hands.
Let the dough rest at room temperature for 30–40 minutes to enhance texture.
Preheat the oven to 170–175°C (340–350°F).
Insert cheese into the rested dough balls and reshape them.
Divide the dough into 13 equal portions (approximately 42g each) and shape them into balls.
Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking tray and lightly flatten them. Brush or spray water on the surface.
Bake at 170–175°C for 30 minutes until the surface is golden and cracked.
Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm for the best taste!
