INGRÉDIENTS
Protein
- 🍗 250g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 25g fresh ginger, julienned
- 1 myoga, julienned
- 1/2 pack kaiware sprouts
- 30g baby leaf greens
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp salad oil
Sesame Sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Cut chicken thighs into halves and score the skin lightly. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
Peel and julienne the ginger. Julienne the myoga. Trim the roots of kaiware sprouts and cut them in half.
Mix the prepared vegetables in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place chicken skin-side down and cook until browned. Flip, cover with a lid, and steam for 4 minutes. Let cool slightly and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all sesame sauce ingredients in a separate bowl. Arrange baby leaf greens and chicken on a plate, top with mixed vegetables, and drizzle sesame sauce over.
