INGRÉDIENTS
Protein
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken breast
Vegetables
- 🥬 4 stalks asparagus
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧂 Pinch of black pepper
Other
- Enough flour for coating
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 180g canned corn cream
- 🥛 100cc milk
- 1 tsp consomme
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 💧 80cc water
ÉTAPES
Peel the bottom half of the asparagus with a peeler and cut diagonally into 5 pieces. Slice the onion thinly.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and coat with flour.
Heat salad oil in a pot and sauté the onion over medium heat until softened.
Add the chicken and sauté until the color changes, then add asparagus and stir briefly.
Add the sauce ingredients (corn cream, milk, consomme, salt, water) and heat while stirring. Stop heating just before boiling. Serve and sprinkle black pepper.
