INGRÉDIENTS

- 🍗 200g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 3 bell peppers, sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
ÉTAPES
Slice the onion thinly. Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds and stems, and slice into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the chicken skin-side down and cook until browned, then flip and cook for 3–4 minutes until fully cooked.
Add the onion and stir-fry until softened. Add the bell peppers and stir-fry briefly. Add sake and ponzu sauce, then stir to combine.
