- 🍗 200g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🥦 1 handful blanched broccoli
- 🍄 1 handful baby king oyster mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧄 5-6 cloves garlic
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- a pinch of black pepper
ÉTAPES
Cut all ingredients into similar sizes. Slice garlic into thin pieces.
Prepare chicken thigh by trimming excess fat.
Cook chicken thigh skin-side down to render fat.
Once chicken is halfway cooked, cut it into smaller pieces using tongs and scissors.
Add mushrooms, onion, and sliced garlic to the pan and stir-fry together.
Add blanched broccoli and mix briefly.
Season with oyster sauce and black pepper.
Plate the stir-fry and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
