Main Ingredients
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
- 🥬 4 leaves (160g) cabbage
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), sliced
- 🥛 150cc unsweetened soy milk
- 1 tsp salad oil
- 💧 100cc water
- 🧂 1g salt
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
- 🟤 1 tbsp miso
Seasoning for Chicken
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
ÉTAPES
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and slice the onion thinly.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until the color changes. Add the onion and sauté until softened.
Add water, salt, cabbage, and grated ginger. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5–6 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
Dissolve miso into the soup, then add soy milk and mix. Heat over medium heat until warmed through.
