INGRÉDIENTS
Main
- 🍗 1 small chicken thigh (200g)
- 🐚 100g clams (purged)
- 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes
- 🧂 Pinch of black pepper
- 🍋 2 lemon wedges
Seasoning
- 🧄 1/2 clove grated garlic
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 🍬 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 sprigs thyme
ÉTAPES
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and marinate with garlic, salt, and sugar. Massage well, then add olive oil and mix thoroughly. Let sit for 5 minutes. Halve cherry tomatoes and wash clams thoroughly.
Place chicken, clams, and cherry tomatoes on two sheets of parchment paper (30cm square). Sprinkle black pepper and place thyme on top.
Fold parchment paper edges three times to seal, twist ends like candy wrappers. Microwave on a heatproof plate for about 4 minutes until clams open. Serve with lemon wedges.
