- 2 tbsp mayonnaise

ÉTAPES
Remove the tendon from the chicken breast. Place the chicken, sake, and salt in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1.5–2 minutes. Let cool with the wrap on, then shred the chicken.
Cut the daikon radish into thirds lengthwise, then slice thinly.
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, mayonnaise, and wasabi. Add the shredded chicken and sliced daikon, then mix well. Plate and garnish with torn shiso leaves.
