Main
- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) cooked rice
- 🍗 1/2 piece chicken thigh
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🍯 1/2 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp salad oil
Egg Seasoning
- 2 tsp sake
- 1 tsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 🥛 1 tbsp milk
Chicken Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Crack the egg into a bowl and mix with the egg seasoning ingredients.
Heat half of the salad oil in a pan and cook the egg mixture over medium heat, stirring until set. Remove from the pan.
Heat the remaining salad oil in the pan and cook the chicken, skin-side down, over medium heat for about 3 minutes until browned. Flip and cook for another 5 minutes until fully cooked.
Add the chicken seasoning ingredients to the pan and coat the chicken thoroughly.
Add honey to the pan and cook until the chicken is glossy and caramelized.
Serve the cooked chicken and egg over a bowl of rice.
