INGRÉDIENTS
Protein
- 🍗 200g chicken thigh
- 🥚 2 eggs
Vegetables
- 🧅 100g onion, sliced
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1.5 tbsp mirin
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 100ml water
ÉTAPES
Slice the onion thinly.
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them lightly.
In a frying pan, mix the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, mirin, soy sauce, and water) and heat over medium heat. Add the onion and chicken.
Once boiling, skim off any foam and cover with a lid. Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes until the chicken is cooked.
Remove the lid and increase to medium heat. Pour 2/3 of the beaten eggs into the pan and cook for 1 minute with the lid on.
Add the remaining beaten eggs and cook for an additional 10 seconds with the lid on.
