INGRÉDIENTS
Protein
- 🍗 200g chicken thigh
- 100g fried tofu
Vegetables
- 180g grated daikon
- 100g shimeji mushrooms
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
Finishing Touch
- 1 tbsp ponzu sauce
- Chopped green onion, as needed
ÉTAPES
Grate the daikon and lightly squeeze out excess water. Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them by hand.
Cut the fried tofu horizontally in half and slice into 1cm thick pieces.
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat with salad oil. Place the chicken skin-side down and cook for 2 minutes. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes, then push to the side. Add tofu and shimeji mushrooms, stir to coat with oil, then add the seasonings. Stir-fry until the chicken is fully cooked.
Plate the dish, top with grated daikon, drizzle ponzu sauce, and sprinkle chopped green onion.
