- 🍗 200g ground chicken
Vegetables
- 🧅 80g minced green onion
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning for mixture
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp potato starch
Seasoning for sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Mince the green onion.
In a bowl, mix ground chicken, minced green onion, and the ☆ seasonings until sticky. Divide into 6 portions and shape into oval patties.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the patties in the pan and cook for 2 minutes until browned. Flip, cover, and cook on low heat for 4 minutes until fully cooked.
Add the ★ sauce seasonings to the pan and simmer over medium heat until the patties are coated.
