INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 200g ground chicken (thigh)
- 1/2 tbsp dried hijiki
- 🧅 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- mustard, as needed
ÉTAPES
Rehydrate the dried hijiki in plenty of water, then drain. Cut the green onions into small pieces.
In a bowl, mix ground chicken, hijiki, and green onions. Add grated ginger, soy sauce, and potato starch, then mix thoroughly.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan. Shape the mixture into small patties using a spoon and place them in the pan. Cook until browned, then flip and cover with a lid. Cook on low heat for about 3 minutes until fully cooked.
Serve the patties on a plate and accompany with mustard soy sauce.
