INGRÉDIENTS
Protein
- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
- 🥚 2 boiled eggs
Vegetables
- 70g kale
- 🍅 5 cherry tomatoes
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Dressing
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🥛 1 tbsp milk
- 🧀 1 tbsp grated cheese
- 🍋 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧂 Pinch of black pepper
ÉTAPES
Cut kale into bite-sized pieces and soak in water. Drain well. Thinly slice onion and soak in water, then drain. Mix kale and onion in a bowl. Cut cherry tomatoes in half and quarter boiled eggs.
Cut chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place chicken skin-side down and cook until golden brown. Flip and cook on low heat for 4–5 minutes until fully cooked.
Mix all dressing ingredients (mayonnaise, milk, grated cheese, lemon juice, black pepper) in a bowl.
Arrange kale, onion, chicken, cherry tomatoes, and boiled eggs on a plate. Drizzle Caesar dressing over the salad.
