- 🍗 1 piece (250g) skinless chicken breast
- 1 piece (250g) processed konjac
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🧅 1/2 stalk (80g) minced green onion
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 3 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 A pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Score the konjac with a fork in a grid pattern and tear it into bite-sized pieces. Mince the green onion.
Slice the chicken breast diagonally into thin pieces. Season with salt and pepper, then coat lightly with potato starch.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and dry-fry the konjac to remove moisture, then set aside. Add salad oil to the pan, cook the chicken until browned on both sides and fully cooked (3–5 minutes). Return the konjac to the pan and stir-fry until coated with oil.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl. Add the stir-fried chicken and konjac, then toss to coat evenly.
